Watercolor paintings with bold bright colors. My art style combines traditional Chinese calligraphy painting techniques with modern abstract design. The result is "Chinese Abstract".  I use bamboo brushes, Chinese ink, watercolors, and strathmore paper for most of my original cat and dog pet paintings.

All my paintings are created in the "xieyi style"  free hand brushwork characterized by simple, spontaneous, and bold strokes intend to represent the inner essence of the objects. Currently I am painting pet portraits of cats, cat, kitten, dog, puppy, dogs and nudes all in my signature Chinese abstract style.   All naked paintings are in artistic nude poses painted with traditional chinese painting tools and technique in watercolor on paper.
